Brownie in a mug...

(for when you get the craving)

Very easy hot molten dessert/brownie for one: (measurements are in tablespoons but can also be a heaped dessert spoon)

1x Mug

1 tablespoon of butter (melted in mug)

then add....

1 tablespoon cake flour

1 tablespoon white or brown sugar (your preference)

1 tablespoon Milo/Horlicks

1⁄2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped choc or choc chips (optional)

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon water to mix

Make a nice smooth chocolaty paste in the mug and put in the microwave for 30-50 seconds on high (depends how gooey you like it!)

For an extra treat throw in a ball of vanilla ice cream.
